§ Mr. Gwilym JonesHepatitis B immunisation is recommended for a number of at-risk groups including all health care workers involved in invasive procedures. This policy is kept under review, with expert advice from the Advisory Group on Hepatitis and the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation. The health service has been asked to prepare immunisation programmes for staff exposed to occupational risk.
