§ Mr. Lennox-BoydEuropean Community partners have agreed guidelines for the protection of unrepresented EC nationals by EC missions in third countries. This means British nationals can seek help from any EC mission in a country where there is no British mission. This is a positive development and an excellent example of practical EC co-operation which will have direct benefit for Britons overseas.
