§ 3. Mr. AtkinsInformation on the total number of employees in employment (excluding agriculture) by travel-to-work area is available from censuses of employment held in 1978, 1981, 1984, 1987 and 1991 and is set out in the table. Information prior to 1978 is not readily available and could only be obtained at disproportionate cost.
