HL Deb 24 June 1993 vol 547 c16WA
Lord Brougham and Vaux

asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they have given further consideration to the means of notifying Parliament of the receipt of applications for orders under Part I of the Transport and Works Act 1992.

The Earl of Caithness

The Department of Transport has arranged with the House of Commons Library that applicants will supply a full set of their application documents for the information of Parliament. Noble Lords may channel requests to inspect those documents through the House of Lords Library. The House of Commons Public Information Office will note their receipt in the Weekly Information Bulletin, together with a contact point from which further information may be obtained.
