§ Mr. McLoughlinMore than 800 copies of the Department's consultation paper have been issued so far, to all local authorities, to relevant trade and industry representative organisations, consumer, retail and environmental groups, and to companies and individuals who have expressed an interest in the subject to the Department. Responses are now being assessed.
