To ask the President of the Board of Trade ( 1 ) if he will take steps to make available all information held by British Nuclear Fuels Ltd. regarding its activities abroad, shipments of plutonium and spent nuclear fuel, in aid of the United States Governments's non-proliferation review;

(2) what assistance Her Majesty's Government will give to the United States Government's plutonium proliferation review with particular reference to the thermal oxide reprocessing plant.

[holding answer 21 June 1993]: The review is a matter for the United States Government. It has not asked the United Kingdom Government for any assistance. The provision of any information held by BNFL regarding its commercial activities would be a matter for the company.
