To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what are the latest figures of traffic flows on the M4 from(a) New House roundabout to Coldra, (b) Coldra to Malpas interchange, (c) Malpas to Tredegar park and (d) Tredegar park to Tongwynlais; and what they were for the previous four years.
