Mr. Llwyd

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish figures showing(a) the budget requirement, including parish precepts of all local authorities in Wales, (b) the income per council from non-domestic rates as a total figure and as a percentage figure and (c) the income in respect of council tax.
