What is the gross and net income derived by the Crown Estate Commissioners from netting operations in Scotland and what percentage of such income is derived (a) directly and (b) from leasing.

The gross income derived by the Crown Estate Commissioners from netting operations in Scotland was £120,210 in the financial year ending 31st March 1993. The net income during the same period was £11,449. In percentage terms, the gross income derived directly was 82 per cent., with 18 per cent. from leasing.
