To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, pursuant to his answer of 15 June at column543, if he will also deposit in the Library the previous submission of Castle Point borough council dated 17 March referred to in paragraph 1.2 of the submission relating to limitation of council tax dated 27 April which he deposited in the Library.
