§ Mr. CohenTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department when his consultation paper on criminal records will be issued; and what provision will be made in respect of article 13 of the EC data protection directive in connection with the provision to prohibit a demand by a third party on a person that he should exercise his right of access to data in order to communicate that data to the third party.
§ Mr. Peter LloydI expect to publish a consultation document in the course of the summer which, amongst other things, will refer to article 13 of the draft EC directive.
