§ Mr. AitkenAWE is, and will continue to be, subject to independent inspection by the Health and Safety Executive—HSE—under the terms of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974. The establishment co-operates fully in these inspections and acts upon any recommendations made by the HSE. We will continue to develop safety improvements at AWE wherever possible.
