§ Mr. McLoughlin[holding answer 16 June 1993]: Paragraph 2.37 of the recent White Paper "Realising Our Potential—A Strategy for Science, Engineering and Technology" describes the preparation of the forward look by the Office of Science and Technology, arid the participation of Government Departments through the existing, well-established machinery of the official and ministerial Cabinet committees on science and technology.
