§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonPerformance standards for housing associations, issued jointly by Scottish Homes and the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations, requires associations and co-operatives to seek nomination arrangements with district councils in whose area they operate but details of individual arrangements are not held centrally.
