§ Mr. DafisTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish figures showing(a) average house prices paid by all buyers, (b) percentage changes in cash prices in prices relative to the preceding year and (c) percentage changes in prices relative to the preceding year after allowing for the effects of retail price inflation in Wales in each year from 1979.
