§ Mr. David DavisNo special conditions or guidelines have been set down concerning the appointment of retired civil servants as non-executive members of executive agency boards. The normal scheme of rules relating to payments made under the principal civil service pension scheme (PCSPS) in the event of re-employment would apply as appropriate.
