§ Mr. Michael ForsythThe following planned inspection visits to the Palace of Westminster have been made by the Health and Safety Executive since its formation in 1975:
- 23 August 1978
- 19 July 1985
- 3 February 1986
- 20 September 1989
- 9 January 1993
- 8 April 1993
In addition, visits have been made in connection with construction activities. However, as these are recorded against individual contractors, they cannot be separately identified without incurring disproportionate cost.
