§ Mr. YeoWe received more than 250 responses to the discussion document: "Climate Change—Our National Programme for CO2 Emissions." A list of the respondents has been placed in the Library of the House. Copies of all the responses have been placed in the library of my Department. They have all been read very carefully and will be taken into account in finalising the national CO2 programme. The programme will be published later this year.
