The Home Secretary has asked me to reply to your recent Question asking if copies can be placed in the Library of the specifications for the contracts to run Wolds and Strangeways prisons.
A copy of the operational specification for HM Prison Wolds, which formed part of the tender documents and the contract service requirement, was placed in the Library of the House on 2 May 1991. Similarly, a copy of the operational specification for HM Prison Manchester was placed in the Library on 27 October 1992.
