To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will make it his policy to model the Welsh Chamber of Commerce and Industry upon similar organisations in Baden-Württemberg, Denmark and the Emilia-Romagna region.

As independent private companies, change is a matter for individual chambers and the chamber movement itself.
