§ Mr. MaginnisTo ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what consideration he is giving to the RUC Chief Constable's request for changes to the law in respect of the need to respond more effectively to terrorism; and when he expects to announce his decision.
§ Mr. MatesThe Government keep the law against terrorism under constant review to ensure that it remains both effective in fighting terorism and proportionate to that aim.
