To ask the Lord President of the Council what action he proposes to take to ensure that questions relating to forestry in the United Kingdom will continue to be answered in the House following the implementation of the proposals for a Question Time in the Scottish Grand Committee.

The proposals of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland entail no diminution of opportunities for questions, whether on forestry or other matters, to be put for answer in the House.
