Dr. David Clark

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence how many dwellings owned by his Ministry were unoccupied on(a) 31 March 1992 and (b) 31 March 1991; how many of these were either undergoing or awaiting major maintenance work or modernisation; how many were already allocated to service families; how many were in the process of being sold; and how many were being held for agreed deployments.
