§ Mr. NorrisNo loan has yet been made. I understand, however, that the EIB is prepared in principle to lend money to the O and Y company, which is currently in administration, to fund the first instalment of the company's intended contribution to the cost of the Jubilee line extension. The terms governing any such loan would be a matter for the parties.
