§ Mr. JackI have received a number of representations supporting the Government's proposal that the scheme should be targeted on specific moorland in the less favoured areas where a reduction in sheep stocking would be most likely to achieve environmental benefit. Some respondents suggested particular areas or moorland types for inclusion.
