§ Mr. YeoThe meeting in Aarhus, at which my hon. Friend the then Minister for the Environment and Countryside represented the United Kingdom, was an 275W informal Council. Ministers discussed three topics proposed by the Danish Presidency: transport and the environment, the review of the structural funds regulations, and employment and the environment. No formal conclusions were adopted nor decisions taken.
