§ Mr. YeoIn March 1993, my Department, together with the Welsh Office and the Ministry of Agriculture Fisheries and Food, published its response to the consultation exercise it carried out on the criteria and procedures for identifying sensitive areas under the urban waste water treatment directive. The National Rivers Authority has been asked to compile a list of candidate sensitive areas using these criteria. Although English Nature has not made any proposals on the basis of the finalised criteria, it will be consulted about the NRA's list.
