Friend the Member for Fylde (Mr. Jack) wrote to Victim Support on 31 March in response to its paper "Band Aid for Victims?", commenting on a number of the specific points which it had raised and promising that its views would be borne in mind as we prepared the White Paper which will set out our more detailed plans for the new tariff scheme to replace the present criminal injuries compensation scheme next year. The intention is to publish the White Paper in the summer.
