§ Mr. NorrisThe latest estimate of expenditure on approved works on roads adjacent to the pilot red route is £2,784,000. The implementation of the remainder of the priority (red) route network is expected to start in the summer of 1994. Measures in side roads will be eligible for funding by the Traffic Director for London where he is satisfied they offer value for money and comply with the requirements of his network plan.
