§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe British embassy in Madrid has remained in touch with the Spanish Government about Mr. Scott's extradition to the United Kingdom. The case is complicated by a charge in Spain outstanding against
86WMr. Scott for which he remains remanded in custody there. His extradition to the United Kingdom will take place only once the outstanding charge has been resolved, in accordance with article 19 of the European convention on extradition.
