§ Mr. HagueThe cost to 31 March 1993 has been some £3.2 million and the expected cost for the financial year 1993–94 is broadly estimated at £3.5 million. Currently there are some 150 full-time staff assigned to the market testing programme. The following firms of consultants have been used in connection with the market-testing programme:
