Which persons and organisations have been consulted about A New Framework for Local Justice, Consultative Document No. 10 (Feb. 1993), and what has been the response of the existing 32 inner and outer London benches and the City of London.
§ The Lord Chancellor (Lord Mackay of Clashfern)Copies of Consultative Document No. 10 have been sent to all Clerks to the Justices, Clerks to Magistrates' Courts Committees, Branch Secretaries of the Magistrates' Association, members of the Magistrates' Courts Consultative Council, other national representative bodies of the service, other government departments and interested bodies. Responses were required by 31st May. To date it has not been possible to analyse the responses received. A decision paper will be issued during the summer, which will include a full analysis of all responses.
