§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonThe assessment of individual investment proposals by housing associations is a matter for Scottish Homes and private lenders. In total Scottish Homes allocation of funds to housing association projects throughout Scotland will be about £260 million in 1993–94, a record sum. The hon. Member may wish to pursue his particular constituency interests with Scottish Homes.
