§ Dr. MawhinneyNational health service trusts are monitored by the NHS management executive. The board of Doncaster Healthcare NHS trust is due to publish its first annual report and accounts and hold its annual public meeting by 30 September 1993. The board anticipates that the annual accounts will demonstrate a satisfactory financial outcome in 1992–93. The specification and monitoring of the quality of care are primarily matters for purchasers.
