Why there is no local Vehicle Registration Office to serve central London north of the Thames.

London Central Vehicle Registration Office (VRO) at Zoar Street, London SE1, has been successfully serving central London, both north and south of the river, for over 12 years. The office is located just south of the river. There are two other VROs north of the Thames at Stanmore and Ilford.
