Water Resources Act 1991, when considering the eligibility for grant aid of the proposal to replace the pumps at Northmoor pumping station.
§ Mr. Jack[holding answer 26 July 1993]: Discussions between MAFF, the National Rivers Authority, English 889W Nature and the Northmoor internal drainage board are still in progress on the proposed new pumps at Northrnoor pumping station. In considering the outcome of these discussions, Ministers will fully take into account the requirements of section 16 of the Water Resources Act 1991 as they relate to the conservation of flora and fauna.
