§ Sir Wyn RobertsI have no plans to introduce such a duty. It is for each local education authority to decide what measures are required to fulfil its statutory obligations to ensure access to disabled people in schools. In addition, individual schools can publish details about their access facilities for disabled people in their prospectuses.
