To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will place a copy in the Library of the guidelines of March 1993 on the pricing and costing of services by provider units within the NHS to purchasers.

The guidance issued in March 1993 related to the costing of specific service targets within contracts to be let by Welsh health authorities in 1993–94. Earlier this month, more general guidance on costing for contracting in future years was issued by the Welsh Office following work undertaken in England. Copies of both documents have now been placed in the Library of the House.
