To ask the President of the Board of Trade who has been appointed head of the National Enviornmental Technology Centre announced on 10 June,Official Report, column 303; and what is the formal relationship between the National Environmental Technology Centre and AEA Technology.

§ Mr. McLoughlin
An appointment has not yet been made. The National Environmental Technology Centre will form part of AEA Technology.
