§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonThe landscaping work on the two roundabouts at the Edinburgh airport interchange is being undertaken by Lothians and Edinburgh Enterprise Ltd.
I understand the costs are being met in full by the Enterprise Company. The Scottish Office, as one of the two road authorities affected, has been consulted during design and construction and satisfied itself as to the safety of the proposal before consenting to the work.
