§ Mr. David DavisThe European Parliament's scientific and technological options assessment programme (STOA) advises the European Parliament on science and technological issues. I do not anticipate developing a programme of collaborative work. Nevertheless, I have instructed my officials to develop closer links with the STOA secretariat to ensure better mutual understanding of science and technology policy issues, and obtain copies of relevant reports.
