§ Mr. SackvilleThe distributorship and marketing agreement between Porton Products Ltd. and the Public Health Laboratory Services board (PHLSB) can be terminated by either side in October 1998. The revenue arising to the PHLSB from the agreement was £3.7 million in 1990–91, £6.8 million in 1991–92 and £6.9 million in 1992–93.
