HC Deb 26 July 1993 vol 229 cc661-2W
Mr. Gareth Wardell

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish for each fund-holding general medical practitioner's practice in Wales the per capita allocations for the purchase of hospital services in 1993–94.

Mr. Gwilym Jones

It would be inappropriate to publish per capita allocations for each fund-holding practice in Wales. Allocations reflect the individual nature and extent of these services with which patients in each practice have been provided over previous years. The per capita allocations to fund holders for the purchase of hospital services in 1993–94 on average amount to £71 per patient, and range from £44 to £128.
