§ Mr. ForthMy right hon. Friend has no powers to require schools to do so. We intend, however, to issue a circular of guidance which will encourage schools to offer support to those parents who do withdraw their children from all or part of sex education in deciding how best to provide their children with the information and guidance they will need.
