§ Mr. BaldryThe Kirklees scheme, which has been supported by my Department's supplementary credit approvals programme, is one of a number of imaginative composting schemes being run by local authorities and other organisations throughout the country.
We are currently reviewing our programme of work on monitoring pilot recycling collection schemes. As part of this review, we will consider whether to include composting schemes such as the one introduced by Kirklees council.
