To ask the President of the Board of Trade if he will list the dates of the meetings of the Auditing Practices Board which his representative has attended and the matters which were discussed at each of those meetings.

I refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave to his question on 5 March,Official Report, column 348. Since then my Department's representative has attended the meetings of the Auditing Practices Board held on the following dates:

• 9 March
• 19 April
• 11 May
• 8 June
• 13 July.

Minutes of the board's meeting may be obtained from the board's secretary.
