§ Mr. AitkenThe low level contamination of soil at Aldermaston court was not the result of AWE failing to follow procedures for the discharge of toxic waste. In all cases where AWE has a requirement to discharge or dispose of toxic materials, the statutory requirements and need for authorisations, consents or licences are observed.
