§ Mr. AitkenNo. There are no standard investment appraisal models for market-testing exercises; appraisal models are designed for specific market tests and may therefore contain commercially sensitive material. Each appraisal is conducted in accordance with the Department's investment appraisal and market testing accounting rules.
