§ Mr. BrookeWhile I do not appoint the chairman of North West Arts, which is the regional arts board covering the Merseyside area, my consent is required before such an 25W appointment can be made. This post is unpaid and is currently vacant. There is no equivalent regional body responsible for heritage matters.
