§ Mr. LangThe issues raised in the forest charter, a statement produced last November by the United Kingdom Forests Network, are being considered in the preparation of the United Kingdom's national plan for the722W implemtation of the forest principles agreed in Rio. The views of non-governmental organisations will be sought later this year before the plan is completed.
